I am sharing with you some incredible information that you probably haven’t seen before

If you’re into enlightenment at all, or you’re just wanting to improve your overall quality of life, I have some good videos that I would like to recommend to you 😃!

Mindfulness and meditation have changed my life drastically. I am more focused. I am sure meditation could do the same thing for you and much more 😃!

Below I have some videos that I’ve been watching about meditation and spiritual enlightenment. This isn’t to push anything onto you. I am just trying to share something meaningful with you. Get you to consider a spiritual journey. A spiritual quest that can engulf your body and take you over and love you and do anything else that you may really and truly want. Try this mindfulness and meditation.

I have been a meditator since I was very young – in my early teen years. I went and focused on other things, kind of unaware that I was leaving meditation behind as I left it, but since I’ve come back to it I have experienced nothing but positive effects.

I meditated for an hour earlier in April of this year. Since April 11th 2018 I have been meditating every day for just over 30 minutes, and the results I have been getting have been phenomenal. That’s why I want to recommend this to you.

I am not saying that it has been easy. What I am saying though is that if you are just a little bit spiritually inclined like I am, you may have an experience completely changes your life in as little as 30 minutes a day! This may help you to become more fulfilled and all sorts of other things!

If your mind is cloudy, that’s okay too. This should actually be perfect for you. It shouldn’t take you more than a week for you to start to see the results and start feeling amazing and mindful and feel a gain that is like a whole weight being lifted off your shoulders. If you do it right – let yourself relax and breathe – you will begin to experience these things. Give it a little bit linger if you have to. Try an hour of relaxation if you’re ready for it or just try 20 to 30 minutes. The effects can be astounding! I had just been meditating for about three days this month when the positive effects really started to sink in.

This isn’t to say that it will kick your butt if you aren’t spiritually inclined. But it kicks my butt I know that’s for sure. If you’re a beginner, I am just suggesting that you give it time. Relax. Let your whole body breathe, let it sink in, this mindfulness meditation. Let your thoughts just be observed as they come and they go. Just observe them like you would just observe the traffic in your city. This could work for anyone!

So this may actually help you if you’re new to these sorts of things. You may want to make sure you’re crystal clear on what it is that you’re doing. Let your body rest. Give yourself a break.
